Shipping and Handling

We pride ourselves on being able to process most orders the same day they are received.
Shipping charges are added to original order, backorders if need are shipped regular ground at no additional freight charge.
Charges may vary according to size, weight and destination of items.
Please allow 1 to 5 business days for UPS ground delivery.
Freight methods can be upgraded and additional charges added to invoice.
In order to provide our customers with faster delivery, Gray Enterprise reserves the right to convert pakages under 1 Lbs to Priority Mail Service

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
C.O.D. is available and collected on the original order; backorders if needed are shipped regular ground with no additional C.O.D. collected.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

If for some reason you should find our product unsatisfactory, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund of purchase price.
With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges.
No other warranty written or implied exists. Manufacturer’s Warranty claims must be addressed to the manufacturer.

Orders are stored for business improvement, accounting, and fullfillment purposes only.
Personal information you provide is stored to make your future visits to our Web site more convenient i.e. your username,password, and address information. Credit card numbers and expiration numbers are expunged from the system when we process your order.
